Run~Joey Run~Joey: In the mid of 2009, I started going for casual evening jogs around Bedok Reservoir for the reason of losing weight however it becomes a habit. Slowing I increase my mileage. It started one round around the perimeter of the reservoir then slowly increaseS to two round and later running around the east side. I love the feeling of the after run. Where your body feels fatigue, sweaty and your leg muscle is aching. It felt good. As I was reading a book titled "Born to Run" I discovered that running barefoot is great for my body and posture. But i didnt really run without any protection. Instead I choose to run with my Vibram five fingers. I will get alot of stares and curiously from people, i just ignore them. My goals is to attempt ultra marathon. Love Running
