Did my run on Wednesday evening. When i was running back from East Cost Park. I tripped and fall and had both of my knees hit on the cement floor. Anyway i just get up and continue running. I saw my left knee was bleeding. The pain wasnt bad on the first day. On the second day my knee is hurting me. Kind of heavily when i lift up. I was limping when i walk.
Crap... I feel like shit. I cant even go for jogging. Sad...
Yesterday I when to the Chinese Physician near my house. Wait for an hour plus for my turn. After the rubbing the physician assistant apply bandage on my knee. Told me not to drink cold drinks and seafood. And luckily i still remembered when i ordered drinks and food. I haven not touch any cold drinks yet.
I felt better today... but my knees not fully recover yet... I hope it can recover fast for my night trail run at the end of this month.
