Have u ever wonder how is the feeling of running in the dark and into the trails?
Yesterday was the night trail race which held at mandai just opp mandai camp. I was one of the crowd that was running thru the dark trails with only my headlight guiding me thru the 12km. Running with headlight was the first for me.

The experience was painful! Ouch there and there was what i told myself when i stepped on to the sharp and mostly tiny rocks(I'm wearing my virbam KSO. The sole of my shoes is only 2mm thick).
Personally i think this was my toughest route i ever experience coz it hurt my feet like hell coz i cant really see how the rock look like beneath my feet. whether is sharp, round or big. I will only know when i stepped on to it. When i was running i swear that i will never take part in this night trail. But no knows if I'm up to it again next year.
